THE PROVENCE-ALPS-RIVIERA REGIONAL COUNCIL The Provence-Alps-Riviera Regional Council has chosen, among
its aims and priorities, to harness economic growth to fuel employment.
In application of this policy, it provides valuable support to the ADECI,
backing our initiatives for the international development of regional
corporations and our own policy of fostering trans-Mediterranean relations.
Intercorporate industrial partnerships are one of the foundation stones
of the French State / Region agreement concerning decentralized cooperation.
The Corporate Development Center (CDC) in Brussels provides
support within the scope of the Cotonou Agreement linking ACP countries
(Africa, Caribbean, Pacific) with the European Union. This financing
is available to european and african corporations who contract industrial
partnership agreements. Having signed a cooperation agreement with the
CDC in 1989, the ADECI enjoys a privileged working relationship with
this european organization.
LE PROGRAMME EUROPEEN INVEST IN MED Le programme Invest in Med vise à développer durablement
THE 'ENTREPRISES & DEVELOPPEMENT' NETWORK (E&D) The ADECI was one of the founder members of the inter-regional
network 'Entreprises & Developpement' and now assumes the chairmanship
of this network which includes some ten French regional organizations
and handles the application of the national industrial journeyman program
focused on the countries of North and Sub-Saharan Africa.
THE UNIDO (United Nations for Industrial Development Organization) Since 1982, the ADECI has been regional correspondent for the
UNIDO in France. This service has set up a welcome program in France
for representatives of developing countries, whose role is to promote
and accompany small-to-medium-sized French corporations seeking to undertake
industrial projects with partners from their respective countries. |
